Hello @kleinWillis, how did you get to fix this error?

Unable to start status server. could not invoke program

I have tried several things as advised but nothing is working, not even uninstalling and installing on a flesh Windows OS.

ignacio25 download these files and replace
the contents of C:\Program Files\Keysight folder. Replace all files and restart the program.
